For Bucky Pizzarelli fans, this solo collection with two play-along CDs is an excellent investment. The selections are transcribed by Eddie Decker, Jerry Sims, and Richard Maxwell. The CD work is excellent. CD #1 contains 16 songs. CD #2 contains 14 songs. Among the many songs in this spiral-bound collection are: "All The Things You Are," "Autumn Nocturne," "Bewitched," "Cry Me A River," "Over And Over Blues," "I Don"t Know How To Love Him," "Sweet Lorraine," "Tears," "If You Could See Me Now," ""Round Midnight," "Sophisticated Lady," and "What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life?" A fine collection from the American Songbook. The selected songs performed by Bucky Pizzarelli on the two CDs are representative of the jazz guitarist at his finest. The performances are superb. For something memorable to have and utilize in your home library, this is a superb jazz guitar collection. An excellent gift for a friend, and to have placed in your local Public Library for library patrons.This is a great way to discover the genius of jazz guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli.
