11 fresh, original songs make up the exciting smooth jazz collection, DNA, and Fingerprints is the group that puts it all together in an enchanting form. Frederick A. Nichelson knows his bass and what a fine performer and composer he is! Songs include "Time Will Tell," "Sharita," "DNA," "So In Love," "Nice and Easy," among others. Each song is a gem of contemporary smooth jazz. Founded in 1986, Fingerprints is a smooth band, the players performing well with solos and in group harmony. The group shares its message well with the listening audience and this is a collection which will appeal to many jazz listeners for different reasons. The music is original and has a good, earthy feel to it, smooth, relaxed, and very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
