Kenny G is one of the most phenomenal smooth jazz musicians known through out history. He has sold over millions of albums and that is just in the United States. He started his solo career in 1982 and in now known worldwide. This album Heart and Soul is produced by Walter Afanasieff and Kenny G. himself. This is a smooth jazz style with a twist of urban with the help of vocal artists Babyface, “No Place Like Home,” and Robin Thicke, “Fall Again."

This album is very touching. Robin Thicke’s “Fall Again” was composed by Thicke himself for Michael Jackson’s “Invincible” album, which is now the “Ultimate” album. Kenny G’s soprano saxophone was used on most the songs on this album. With the album, Kenny G takes it back a little to the time of high school and he states, “When I think back to my days in high school and my musical start, I get a special feeling and this new recording is my tribute to that feeling.”

By words of HouseofRefuge, “ armed with his renowned saxophone; Kenny dishes out differing mixture of tunes to express that heartfelt gratitude, for all that period which had influenced his life whilst growing up. Such a time when many would rather wish never existed or even mentioned. But Kenny’s ability to look back with a positive outlook has been instrumental in the production of Heart and Soul.” This album is a remarkable album to claim for oneself and a loved one.
