Free Public Library Performances

Bassist-Composer Steve Tintweiss presents a new series of jazz concerts in New York City's Queens Borough Public Library beginning in December 2001, featuring programs of standards and originals in a new music format.

Artists scheduled to appear include Perry Robinson - clarinet, Lou Grassi - drums, Ric Frank - saxophones & flute, Amy Sheffer - vocals, Steve Tintweiss - 5 string double bass & compositions on Wednesday, December 12th at Jamaica Central Library, 7 PM (718-990-0858), and on Saturday, December 15th at the Flushing Branch, 2:30 PM (718-661-1200) in Free Admission performances.

New York Free Music Committee presents these concerts with Queens Council on the Arts funding from New York State Council on the Arts, and New York City Department of Cultural Affairs community grants. The events will be digitally recorded by Ultra Music Frontier.
